Our vision is to provide a national ubiquitous learning infrastructure that is:

• Scalable to support continued improvements from learning/instructional technology research and continued educational demands.
• Based on empirically tested pedagogical models and learning theories.
• Easily accessible from multiple informal and formal learning environments including, school, home, work, recreational centers, museums, parks, among other environments.
• Adaptable to individuals with various learning styles and in multiple environmental contexts.
• Capable of supporting continued advancements in technology and engineering innovations.
• Capable of motivating, encouraging, and developing the next generation of multidisciplinary STEM leaders in all educational levels, the workplace, and in entrepreneurship.
