The following is a list of the multidisciplinary research committees (listed in alphabetical order) that are instrumental in advancing learning technologies. Contact us to see how you can qualify to contribute to one of these committees:

  • Education Research (ER)
    Develop innovative and effective curricula that may guide interactive technology, broadcast media, and emerging technology for incorporation into formal or informal learning environments. Investigate performance improvement methods for learners and teachers. This committee is made up of academic subject experts and education research experts.
  • Instructional Content Development (ICD)
    Design interactive, engaging, and entertaining instructional content, digitally, or in more tangible form. This committee investigates the design of engaging multimedia, e-learning simulations, film/video, books, and even toy action figures to reinforce academic, social, cultural, or moral learning.
  • International Committee
    Research economically disadvantaged countries. Research their history, international policy, contributions, people, climate, and ethics from a particular ancient time period till now.
  • Marketing and Business Model (MBM)
    Research innovative revenue generating methods of learning/training technologies and consider general consumer and educator needs (e.g., learner, trainer, parent, etc.) in specific educational markets (e.g., K-12). Understand the laws for deploying learning technology both nationally and abroad.
  • Physical Infrastructure (PI)
    Research innovative science and technology for establishing “smart” learning spaces (e.g., smart classrooms, smart homes, etc.) to facilitate continuous life-long learning and enhanced learning both inside and outside classroom environments. Committees conduct research from wireless technologies to intelligent sensors.
  • Political Advocacy (PA)
    Continually advocate our organizational missions and initiatives to political leaders at the city, state, and federal level. Propose legislation for effectively educating disadvantaged and underserved groups. Advocate to consumer trade associations, movie/film association, educational organizations, and other organizations that influence the educational, social, and moral elements that, in turn, impact life-long learning.
  • Science & Technology (ST)
    Research new and innovate methods for enhancing learning performance and augmenting human cognition with the use of science and technology. Special learning emphasis is on science, math, engineering, and technology (STEM) and workforce training for those underserved and disadvantaged.
  • Social Impact & Family Values (SIFV)
    Research innovative methods of promoting positive family and moral values from advanced learning technologies. Additionally, investigate the socio-economic impact of out-of-school learning environments and technology impacts motivation, retention, among other variables. Committee members include sociologist, psychologist, historians, economist, and others with interest in this area.
